I first went to Atlas Group because another management company did not enforce the lease between my tenants & myself (tenant was late on rent & no fees were taken). I switched to Atlas & have been very happy. They deal with my HOA & also home warranty - completely handled washing machine replacement via home warranty & I was not troubled once. Always available via phone or email. You will receive professional monthly and year end statements. I always receive rent checks between the 10th & the 15th as well. Could not ask for more in a property management company. I trust them completely.

When a repair is required, she sends us a detailed estimate from a professional contractor. Upon request, she will even get me a second bid from another business. During a vacancy, they are prompt to get a turnover repair proposal to me for approval. I cannot say enough good about her and the service I have received over these years. My properties have consistently been rented for a fair value. When problems have arisen they have been right on the ball, being fair to me as well as seeing to it that my tenants are satisfied and the properties properly maintained. They always contact me for approval when there is a problem or a large expense. I have never had to worry since they overtook management. Each month I receive an accounting via email and my rental income is deposited electronically into my bank account. They have an excellent policy in place to take care of delinquent payments and rents are paid directly to their office. They have been great to work with.
