Will You be Enviting more Than Just Family and Friends to Your Holiday Gatherings?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Today we had in studio, Kiko of Pest X-Press.&nbsp; Bug and rodent control is continuing to be a growing industry in the greater Las Vegas valley as our population continues to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiko believes in personal service.&nbsp; Many times, the problem is not just on the outside of the dwelling but on the inside as well.&nbsp; It is in these instances where Kiko feels that his brand of personal service shines.&nbsp; Many of his clients have been with him for years and years and they continue to send him referrals over and over.&nbsp; Younger people currently do not appreciate the art of communication.&nbsp; They would prefer you just do the job and don\u2019t bother them.&nbsp; It\u2019s unfortunate because it\u2019s a lack of communication that leads to almost every misunderstanding and conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other than bugs, the two main pest problems in the valley continue to be rats and scorpions.\u00a0 Both, have a tendency to live in the palm trees of the desert.\u00a0 Getting rid of rats is not something that can be done with a simple spraying and usually requires trapping of the rodents on the outside of the dwelling before they enter.\u00a0 Consequently, it may take up to several weeks to eliminate the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Christmas with Pest X-Press 12-18-21\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j380bLtMJ90?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we had in studio, Kiko of Pest X-Press.&nbsp; Bug and rodent control is continuing to be a growing industry in the greater Las Vegas valley as our population continues to grow.
